About this app
Cepello shows you where the habitat is favourable to edible mushrooms, all over Switzerland, and when the weather is right to go.
HOW IT WORKS
Cepello combines public data (elevation, slope, aspect, tree species, bedrock, soil acidity, vegetation belt) to compute a habitat score for each species, in squares of 10 to 50 m depending on the data. The weather of the last days (triggering rain, moisture, temperatures) then gives a flush index for today and the next 7 days.

Porcini (penny bun), morel, chanterelle, black trumpet (horn of plenty).
FREE
Approximate areas, today's weather verdict, encyclopedia with look-alikes, foraging guide, rules of all 26 cantons, finds journal (stored on your phone only).

Precise 10 m zones, full habitat sheet, map filter by current chances, 7-day forecast.
