I purchased the btr subscription it's not even been three months and somehow I got logged out from my account and now when I am trying to log in its showing you have crossed the limit of devices and try contacting their respective website and lodge a complaint. But seriously ? it's a disaster. There is no one to listen to your query or don't even think that they will listen to any of it. I am seriously disappointed.

The teachers are amazing and always encouraging. Their words stay with you even in the exam hall and keep you going even when you feel like giving up. The learning process is smooth and the live classes assure you maintain the required speed. Along with them the daily Late night PYQs are a great asset. The latest feature of the app - Flashcards, are great for revision of volatile subjects like PSM. All in all a great platform to study from✨

customer care support system is very much pathetic. i tried calling multiple times but i can only hear recorded voice message to wait. and reply of email also not satisfactory. i had purchased plan 1 week back. as i had to go outside and i forgot to take my tablet ,so i logged out from my phone and logged in in another device. but now after coming back when i tried to login it's showing device limit is already reached. what the hell happened in 1 week i dont understand. pathetic glitch in system
