faculty is good.. even lectures are very useful...but quality of app is very bad..take so much time to download video and more extra time to load notes...why they can't make videos easily available and also notes...very bad experience... please try to fix this issue...we are paying for that...please take it in consideration.

Worst support system among Neetpg platforms I used. Only a chat facility is there for customer care support which send only system generated messages back and is non functional frequently....video playback will get stuck and show error if we tap back two times and we have to restart app again. Delivery of hardcopy of notes was very much delayed and support facility was very poor.

Worst app developers to ever exist. Please try to maintain the app else you'll never get students. If just downloading a video on a stable connection takes 10mins, with additional 5mins of buffering and the app hangs while downloads, while the same in Marrow happens in seconds, it's a major Developer fault. Please recruit better developers and kick the present ones out.
