It is a light weight, robust and highly informative app that enables the user to create savings bank account instantly. It also gives complete real time information about all the accounts of the customer.

Kerala Gramin bank is the first Regional Rural Bank in the country to launch a such an app.

The worst experience I have ever got from a banking app. Opened my Account in 2017 and still haven't given me an ATM debit card. Saying even after 5 years they're still short of the cards. No other options for any transactions in the app other than to just check the balance and to see if the account is active or not. Now the App is suddenly logout and can't login again ...

App is done good in its end. But all other procedure have to be done again while reaching the bank, like providing photos, providing copies of documents etc. Then what is the purpose of online account opening,is it just for namesake? Also I didnt got the ATM card from the bank as there were no cards in stock. I am not satisfied from the experience.

Worst banking app ever came across... Not even able to register.. No otp received in phone or mail.. When enquired in branch they have only one replay every thing from their part they have done... Rest is up to me... Whether iam able to use app or not it do not concern them... And an epic replay if u put money it will come to your accout.. Then why bothered about app.. Experience of an NRI account holder.. 😂😂
