The worst experience I have ever got from a banking app. Opened my Account in 2017 and still haven't given me an ATM debit card. Saying even after 5 years they're still short of the cards. No other options for any transactions in the app other than to just check the balance and to see if the account is active or not. Now the App is suddenly logout and can't login again ...

Account updates are very slow - It is a very user friendly banking application. But, is very slow when trying to check balance and transaction history, which often makes it difficult. I thought it was because the internet issue, but the application is actually faulty. Kindly fix the problem.

Worst app,Worst Bank.In the digital era this bank is a joke. They seems to be stuck in 2013 and hasn't updated to 2024 .I have provided my phone number and email address in hand to authorities multiple times.But when I tried to use the app by filling account no and phone number they send the OTP yet I didn't received it either in mail or in phone.You don't deserve 1 star but there are no other options.
