About this app

* The All new CertOn HUB provides the ability to add properties to Landlords, Tenants & new customers in a user-friendly format. If a user is already registered with CertOn, there will not be any need to add any further details, the app will bring up the stored details.

* We have added the provision to add a tenant to the property by an Installer. The tenants will have to be validated by the landlord and only they can grant view-only access to their property.

* The HUB app now provides options to secure your account with suggested passwords.

* Password Strength has been improved, plus if you are setting this up for a landlord or new customer the suggested password will only work once, the new account holder will need to set their own password (or suggested) after the first log in.

* The ‘My Properties’ screen has been improved to provide visibility to the account owner regarding
1. Who has been given access to the property
2. To either grant or revoke existing access
3. Timed access to Installers or Tenants

* ‘Other Properties’ section has been improved whereby Users/Installers/Tenants can check the status of their existing access and request access to any expired properties
Thumbs up – Access Granted and Live, Thumbs down –Access Expired, Grey – Access Requested.

* Also a new settings option has been included to turn off notifications or emails should the user prefer to do so

* Notifications in the App are automatically taken off the tab, if they have been addressed or read in the App or Website portal
