About this app
CertReady is the worker cert wallet for the jobsite.
Keep OSHA cards, forklift tickets, First Aid / CPR, aerial lift, welding, confined space, and other certification records on your phone — with photos, expiry dates, and proof ready when a foreman or gate asks.
The worker app is free. No worker subscription, trial, or credit card is required. CertReady Teams is a separate company-paid web service; workers do not need a Teams subscription to use their wallet.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Snap it — Add the record details plus front and back photos so proof is not scattered across a wallet, truck, or camera roll.
• Track it — Keep expiry dates together and use reminders to see what needs attention next.
• Show it — Share selected proof by QR code, secure link, or PDF when a supervisor or jobsite asks.
PROOF ON DEMAND
A recipient can review what you share without downloading the worker app. You choose what to send and when to send it.
• QR for in-person requests
• Secure link for quick remote review
• PDF for a portable record
YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CALL
Personal credential details and proof photos stay private until you choose to share them. Select the record, choose whether photos are included, and revoke an active share link anytime.
FOR COMPANIES
CertReady Teams gives companies a focused readiness view for crew requirements, upcoming renewals, and worker-shared proof — while workers keep control of their own records. Request Teams at brsoftware.co/certready/teams/
