I was able to verify my passport. The only issue here is the login page. such a deal breaker. it keeps looping back to the login page for so many times after you selected your login account. it just keeps repeating itself. not sure if it is a device compatability issue with Poco phone. I was able to verify my passport when it suddenly stopped looping. but after that, it keeps coming again. so frustrating. good thing I'm done with the verification

Just doesn't work. Won't allow you to upload a clear scan of your passport, so you have to fight their app to take a picture while holding a folding document with one hand. The app won't let me take a picture while my phone is unfolded, but then I can't scan their supposed NFC while it's folded, and the app restarts if I unfold my phone during the process. Junk!

unforgettable disappointment it sucks in the process of verification. keeps getting error and the capture part that provided the guide but will take the whole camera view. I don't get the point of having a guiding frame yet will capture the excess.
