I was able to verify my passport. The only issue here is the login page. such a deal breaker. it keeps looping back to the login page for so many times after you selected your login account. it just keeps repeating itself. not sure if it is a device compatability issue with Poco phone. I was able to verify my passport when it suddenly stopped looping. but after that, it keeps coming again. so frustrating. good thing I'm done with the verification

can't actually log into this app regardless of what option you try. either gets stuck in a loop of sending an email code but when you attempt to get it from your emails the app goes back to the beginning which invalidates the code or if you try logging in another way it gets stuck on asking if you want to set up a fingerprint login and does nothing regardless of what you choose.

It is horrible 😔 didn't expect that from seek. please make it simple and straight forward. login process from browser is so complicated not sure where code is received is app checked everywhere. I'm an IT professional and for me it is so complicated and I can imagine for other non IT people struggling with it. work on it please.
