this app is so impossible to work with. I battled to get back into the place to put in the code that was emailed to me. when I switched to my email to get the code and go back in, the screen had gone back "click to verify with an emailed code". also trying to upload my driver's license, I had to photograph my driver's license 5 times before it accepted it. it took so long to work with this

Pretty terrible tbh. The passport scan was painful, no explanation about what to line the weird narrow box up with, and then despite reading my passport NFC it thought I was from Kiribati?! what. Also the pop-ups that come up from the bottom during the scanning process are half cut off.

Can't verify ID unless you have a passport or driver's licence. Can't even use a government issue photo ID which is ridiculous. I keep trying to verify my LO order picker licence but keeps saying I've reached my maximum number of submissions available.
