I like the app. I've been using it for about 2 years and I purchased a lifetime subscription. Recently, after an app update, I've been having a problem with the notification features in the app (I use an Android phone and no longer get notifications for messages). I've contacted Customer Support several times over the past approximately 4 weeks and have gotten no response.

What happened to notification lights? They have stopped showing up and when I went back into settings, I can't find it anywhere. I know I was once able to configure the color of the notification light and I KNOW that this was working on this exact same phone a while back. It gets annoying. if I walk away from my phone for a couple minutes, I have NO clue at all that a message came in. having to check your phone every minute just in case you missed the vibrate kind of defeats the entire purpose of push notifications.

It has great potential. It has some places where it needs improvement. Let me begin with saying I use it almost daily as communications between my desktops, phone, tablet, and laptop. Sometimes it tells you you are online but you aren't. It is hit and miss (mostly miss) for sending pictures. There is no way to see who else has Trillian to be able to enlarge your circle of friends. Bottom line, if you need something basic this is great but if you need something more than just the basics, no
