I like the app itself well enough, but sadly, there's a lack of tech support. The app has an option to "show mobile status" which, despite being set to "not", continues to show mobile status as always mobile. Also, if I'm already logged into Trillian, current Contact statuses don't update to show Contact coming online or going offline. I've contacted Trillian Support several times over the past couple of months for these issues but have not gotten a response or resolution.

What happened to notification lights? They have stopped showing up and when I went back into settings, I can't find it anywhere. I know I was once able to configure the color of the notification light and I KNOW that this was working on this exact same phone a while back. It gets annoying. if I walk away from my phone for a couple minutes, I have NO clue at all that a message came in. having to check your phone every minute just in case you missed the vibrate kind of defeats the entire purpose of push notifications.

I like the app. I've been using it for about 2 years and I purchased a lifetime subscription. Recently, after an app update, I've been having a problem with the notification features in the app (I use an Android phone and no longer get notifications for messages). I've contacted Customer Support several times over the past approximately 4 weeks and have gotten no response.
