the most recent update is awful. it's is to time consuming and doesn't allow users to switch on the fly for multiple accounts as it did before. because of the changes I'll most likely uninstall it on all my devices and not use it anymore, it was great app until these recent changes...highly disappointing and would not recommend

The newest update has made this app much worse. Requiring a lock screen, fingerprint, or Face ID—or forcing a passcode text every time—is a huge step backward, especially for married couples sharing a joint account. What used to be quick and convenient is now a constant hassle. For the past three years, updates have consistently made the app more frustrating instead of better. Please rethink this decision and improve the user experience.

this apt sucks is have had a lot of trouble with it. it deleted a lots on my phone and I lost all my pictures. stopped in the bank for help and was told I had to go to Verizon they could help. Verizon told me a lot of people have been and complained about it. the old apt was great and I never had a problem with it. I only use it to pay bills. IT SUCKS!!!!!!
