all week i have been trying to pay my account in full, using the screen available to do this, the next i get an sms asking me to give name and nie, but not where to do this, when open account there are in instructions on how to do this. two emails sent concerning this but nothing recived. i know it is my problem not being able to converse in Spanish, and using translate, but they could not help in English or even on the telphone in English, still waiting for some kind of response. Otherwise will stop all payments and see if this gets them to take notice

I can no longer use the website to get details of my loan and update my contact details. You told me to download this app. I downloaded the app and I cannot register with an NIE. You told me to email my NIE and phone number and you ignored me. Shall I stop paying you? I have a legal right to access information about my loan that you are denying me.
