Founded by Technical Teacher Hüseyin Özyavuz in 1955, Cevher soon became a school for the Turkish casting industry with a series of firsts in its field. Our brand, which has been a leader in aluminum casting parts for years, is today a leading supplier for the leading OEM customers of the automotive industry with our low pressure casting method.
The first wheel was produced in 1984 at Cevher Döküm facilities. Following this, production continued in the alloy wheel factory established in an area of 30.000 m2 in İzmir Aegean Free Zone in 2003. Today, Cevher has an annual wheel production. The capacity of 2 million aluminum alloy wheels, more than 90% of which is exported, is produced in a facility of 44,000 m2, of which approximately 22,000 m2 is closed.
While using CAD / CAM and CNC technologies for mold design and production, Cevher carries out projects with CAS, CAD, CAE, FEA and casting simulations for product design and development. Cevher has always prioritized high customer satisfaction and shaped its future goals in order to become a leading aluminum alloy wheel manufacturer by producing customer-oriented solutions.
In this direction, investments are made to increase production capacity and create greater employment opportunities. The first step of the growth strategy was taken by starting operations in a factory area of 34,000 square meters.
