The user experience is excellent until you reach the basket and realise you're being charged €3.50 per item for delivery. It’s an absurd policy that makes the app essentially useless for anyone buying more than one thing. I’ve emptied my basket and will be sticking to retailers who understand how modern shipping works. All the best with your outdated business model.

Hey Martin, I get your concern about the delivery policy. Basically, we charge for shipping and handling for each item that's worth up to €100.00, not for everything you order together. i feel like I have been cheated. I'm from India, and when I went to coimbatore to buy some Playstation Move Motion Controllers and in the app it said there were 2 in stock, but in the store, they said it was "out of stock". When i double checked the app, It said there were 2 in stock. Please fix your app.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer support provided. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. When you call, there is no answer. You are then directed to open a support ticket through the app, but nothing happens for days. When you finally receive a response, you are told to contact the shop you purchased from. The shop then tells you to open a ticket then the circle starts again omg.
