Ratings and reviews

There are still rare, but occasional, issues where my wishlist will get jumbled up, reintroduce items previously in my wish list, and remove ones automatically, as well as duplicating the same items in the list. Also, the app could really benefit from a 'Save for later' feature when adding items to the basket, like Amazon etc. Sometimes I want to split orders, but I don't want to have to delete/clear others I had in my basket to purchase other ones.

Very disappointed with CEX. Their customer service and warranty process are terrible. Even with proof of purchase, if the serial number doesn’t match their record, they refuse to help. I wasted weeks with no proper response. Please check product serial numbers before buying, even for small items. You could lose your warranty, money, and time. Many other shops offer better prices and customer care

This app used to be good but now it refreshes itself while you are using another app so if you have done a search for something specific you have to do the search all over again because it's gone back like you have only just opened it. I have tried some ways to stop it but nothing seems to work.
