Brilliant app, they just need to sort out the delivery on multiple items! It should be one delivery fee for your order not a delivery fee per item you order it's ridiculous and cex are probably missing out on some big orders. I would love to order multiple items as the items I would like are miles away from where I live. Please sort it out cex and then you will get 5*s.

I wonder if they even have any quality control or anyone who actually checks orders. I keep getting sent the wrong product, damaged product, missing items or just out right order cancellations. its becoming a joke especially with the $4 per item shipping which ends up being more than you pay for some of the products. ordered train sim for the ps4 and they sent me a completely different game, this is unacceptable and shouldn't occur.

NOT RECOMMEND Cex not only scam you with £2.95 per item delivery the items themselves are misleading as they do not mention any potential damage to items, also more expensive than official companies like playstation. there's more but too much to write in reviews. Trading Standards have been informed of this SCAM trader.
