About this app

Cezcon Attendance is a face-verified attendance app for teams that work across multiple projects and job sites. Employees mark their own attendance in seconds using the front camera - no paper registers, no shared punch machine, no supervisor waiting to sign off.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your work email. A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your inbox, so there is no password to remember or reset.
2. Choose the project and the job you are working on.
3. Look at the camera. The app detects your face, captures a photo and verifies it against your employee record.
4. Your check-in is recorded with the date, time, project and job. Scan again at the end of the shift to check out.

Face-verified check-in - attendance is tied to the person, not to a card or a PIN that can be passed around.

Project and job tracking - every entry is recorded against the project and job you selected, so hours can be attributed correctly instead of appearing as a single daily total.

Attendance dashboard - see your current status, today's check-in and check-out times, and your recent attendance history on one screen.

Passwordless sign-in - email plus OTP, with sessions that expire automatically and a clear prompt when it is time to sign in again.

Built for the field - a large, clear scan screen that keeps the display awake while the camera is active, with sound and on-screen confirmation the moment attendance is recorded.

Straight into your records - each scan is sent to your organisation's Cezcon attendance system, so office staff see attendance as it happens instead of collecting sheets at the end of the week.

WHO IT IS FOR

Construction, facilities management, field services, retail chains and any organisation whose staff work away from a fixed office. Employees get a check-in that takes a few seconds and no paperwork; administrators get accurate, project-wise attendance data they can use for payroll.

PLEASE NOTE - ACCOUNTS ARE ISSUED BY YOUR EMPLOYER

This app is not open for public sign-up. You can sign in only with a work email address that your employer has registered in the Cezcon attendance system. If you do not have an account yet, please contact your HR or admin team.

PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY

The app uses the camera only on the attendance screen, and only at the moment you mark attendance. It never records video or audio and never uses the camera in the background. It does not collect your location, contacts, messages, files or gallery photos, and it contains no advertising and no tracking. Face photos are used for attendance verification only, are sent over an encrypted connection, and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
