If I could give this app a zero, I would. It is barely usable. When they first switched over to this, I logged on to verify my payment info was all set. It looked fine. A few weeks later I got a notification that a payment had not been sent and I incurred a $30 late payment fee. The payment never made it. Lovely. I had to set up direct payments through my credit cards' websites to be able to pay my bills electronically because this is so awful.

I want the old app back! It's hard to focus on the functionality when logging in is so challenging. I will say card control is a great feature. Biometrics in this app is a nightmare. I'll set it up and it will either disappear or won't function. I've had to redo the process at least 6 times so far. Very often there is a loop where it will ask for user name and password then send the time code. After entering the code, it returns to the user name and password screen. Rinse and repeat.

No way to do a quick balance check. No provision for viewing the password. Messages above the login screen obscure the password line, unless the X is clicked to reduce the message. Once logged in, this app is simply not very user friendly. The only actual upside I've found is that one can access your "rewards account" without needing to log into that separately. I really really miss the many benefits of the prior version.
