If I could give this app a zero, I would. It is barely usable. When they first switched over to this, I logged on to verify my payment info was all set. It looked fine. A few weeks later I got a notification that a payment had not been sent and I incurred a $30 late payment fee. The payment never made it. Lovely. I had to set up direct payments through my credit cards' websites to be able to pay my bills electronically because this is so awful.

I can't even log in. Bc of that i was unable to transfer funds over the weekend thus making one of my accounts go negative. Edit: recieved a call fr9m support and they helped me get in, but now that i can get in it still is useless mostly, unless I am stupid and missing where it is, I cant even see my account information, as in no account balances, or transactions. This is driving me crazy bc the old app wont let me in anymore and so no I have to log in online and even that keeps giving me grief
