It's been great using the app to handle transfers & everyday banking. I used the phone several times a week to keep my accounts balanced. Now all I do is log on & everything's at my fingertips. I don't have to call or wait until the bank opens to speak with someone!! Not that I don't like speaking or seeing them, everyone at the Cumberland Branch are always very professional, friendly, & helpful. It's especially nice to have on holidays, weekends & when you're out of town! Thanks Everyone!!!

Won't save log in even after selected, i have to get a new password every single use, over all C&F sucks. Had a car loan from them for 4 months. Apparently I've been behind the whole time and never knew it as communication from them is a nightmare. Making a payment and knowing when and how much is just as bad.

I'm going to switch to a new bank bc of this app. Everything works until I need to use a specific thing, then all you get is an error message telling you to call them... that's now how software issues work. I'm tired of using banks that try to 'get with the times' and then put the least amount of effort into it. Banks are outdated and need to be done away with.
