Since the September update, the app no longer shows up on my Android phone or tablet looking through the app icons or in the list of apps in settings. It does show it is installed on Google Playstore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. No help, and Customer Service doesn't know anything about the app. Really disappointing since it used to be fine.

2 emails telling me payment hasn't gone through so far. Card was already close to dead so that much is fair. Opened app to try saving a new card but it won't take. Just keeps saying there's an error and to call customer service. Same thing happens when I try to just do a one time payment method. I'm more likely to just get insurance elsewhere than I am to sit on hold or talk to a robot. Take my money or I'll give it to someone else.

The app is seriously limited. It was probably an after thought and one they did not want to put a lot of money into. You can submit a claim or make a payment and that is basically all. It would be nice if we could change our policy limits without having to call in or cancel our existing policy (I've been told I'd need to cancel my existing policy in order to increase my dogs limits.) Please put some actual thought into this app because some of us actually have to use it.
