This app crashes constantly. When I try to make a payment I get to the end and press submit and it crashes and doesn't make my payment. When I go to submit a claim it let's me go through ALL the steps and then crashes when I try to upload my invoice making me start all over. I've decided to just start doing everything on the website. This app is trash.

This app is AWFUL!! For months I have tried submitting claims and every single time I want to take a picture, the screen goes black and I get booted out. Then if I want to go to my photo files, it takes me to my Bitmoji pictures!! WHAT?? Why haven't they fixed it?? Now, when I go to my PC, I'm going to have to jump thru hoops to get these submitted. Either get it fixed or get rid of it.

Yikes! Did anyone QA the workflow for account setup? I had to call customer service to register my account because the account widget didn't recognize my account number and zip code. The account rep said all the data looked good on her side. The add vet feature also didn't work in the app and I had to use the web version. The UI is nice but the features aren't functional.
