This app has issues. It wouldn't allow me to add my Vet. Tried searching my Clinic Name, Zip Code as well as City and State. I entered the info and clicked on the Search button, but nothing happened. Gave up, went to the website instead and was able to enter everything without issue. I am new to Spot Insurance. Reviews on this app aren't positive. Hope the issue with the app isn't a prelude of what's to come with the insurance coverage!

When I save my claims for later, I cannot resume them and submit because it get stuck on "hang on, we're working on it" and nothing happens.

Other than always having trouble logging in, when making the claims for reimbursement, there's always something to get out of the full reimbursement. Spent $1,600+ in 2 visits, and all they reimbursed was $250. It is already expensive as it is, will definitely be canceling and finding something better
