After paying well over $80 for $4 worth of tolls that I incurred one trip to Florida, the rental company charged an exorbitant fee for processing each toll, I discovered this program, what a lifesaver. The first year I used it I signed up manually, this year I used the App. It took a short time to enter the info requested to set up for the trip and less than a minute to get my pass from the vending machine. I had no issues. It's a great program and a great app, I highly recommend it

Recently flew into Orlando & decided to try this toll pass. The only pickup location is in Terminal A. Since we flew into Terminal B, it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the pass. I would've liked to see a pickup kiosk at both terminals. However, it was an easy & quick process once at the kiosk. I wish it was better communicated how to hang it. When we hung it from our rearview mirror, it was blocked by the rental car company's own toll device. We weren't sure if it would scan properly or not.

I used this on my trip to Florida and had a positive experience, until the billing. At the end of my five day trip they billed me for every toll the transponder ever had. Ever! Tolls that took place months before I was ever in Florida. Customer support is non-existent. The only responses I have received are PDFs document how they improperly charged me, but no follow up or resolution. The rental companies are out to screw you on tolls, but they are at least up front about the whole thing. I cannot recommend this any less. If you use this you will end up subsidizing everyone who ever used the transponder.
