While the service is great in principle and practice, it's not very good. I have used this twice so far. The first time it charged me for some toll where I was not around and was actually after I had returned the tag. Took me a month to get that fixed. Second time was smooth with no issues, but the third time when I went to try and make a new reservation, the app just shows me where the dropboxes are and does not give me any way to make a new reservation. Time for me to give up.

My experience with this was excellent. Picking up the pass was easy, the app was a little buggy in the faq section, but it worked fine otherwise, dropping off the tag was easy, and I got a nice emailed invoice with each toll itemized 4 days later. So glad this was available as you basicaly need a toll pass to travel anywhere in Florida.

Recently flew into Orlando & decided to try this toll pass. The only pickup location is in Terminal A. Since we flew into Terminal B, it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the pass. I would've liked to see a pickup kiosk at both terminals. However, it was an easy & quick process once at the kiosk. I wish it was better communicated how to hang it. When we hung it from our rearview mirror, it was blocked by the rental car company's own toll device. We weren't sure if it would scan properly or not.
