This rating is more for the Visitor toll pass service than the app. It's a great way to avoid sneaky extra charges from the hire car companies when driving in Florida. The app itself is ok but a bit glitchy (seems to hang for no reason and I sometimes had issues logging in). That said, it did the trick and does show itemised activity (i.e. each toll). In summary, I'd recommend using this app/service.

This app is seriously awful. It constantly crashes. When I try to go to the account profile page it asks me to log in again. When I do it crashes or reloads the same page & asks me to log in again. Also, I was charged for tolls incurred after I was on my plane home & the process to get my money back is a huge pain given that they require a rental invoice (not receipt with the return time???) & don't answer emails promptly (48-72 hours) and their system doesn't connect your emails together.

Recently flew into Orlando & decided to try this toll pass. The only pickup location is in Terminal A. Since we flew into Terminal B, it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the pass. I would've liked to see a pickup kiosk at both terminals. However, it was an easy & quick process once at the kiosk. I wish it was better communicated how to hang it. When we hung it from our rearview mirror, it was blocked by the rental car company's own toll device. We weren't sure if it would scan properly or not.
