The Physical Verification Application is a digital solution of the Government of Telangana, Civil Supplies Department, for verifying paddy and CMR (Custom Milled Rice) stock at rice mills under the CMR Paddy.
The application enables authorized officers to conduct secure and transparent physical inspections using Aadhaar-based authentication and GPS-based location verification. Rice mills are randomly allocated to officers, and relevant stock information is provided for field verification.

Officers can record physical stock details, capture photographs, enter inspection remarks and submit verification results through the application. The system automatically calculates applicable stock shortfalls and generates digitally authenticated Physical Verification reports.
The application helps improve transparency, accountability and traceability in rice mill stock verification and supports the Civil Supplies Department in maintaining reliable digital inspection records across Telangana.
