Spoofy is a fun cyber safety game with the goal of teaching children about staying safe online.
The game consists of four worlds and where the player has a mission: to repair the cyber shield that protects the Earth. This is done by solving the different missions in each world, which represent different scenarios that can occur when you are online.
Can you really trust everyone who sends you a friend request?
What should you consider when uploading pictures that others can see?
How should you react if you or one of your friends is being bullied online?
What should you do if you discover a virus on your computer, phone or tablet?
By solving missions, the player collects experience that is converted into energy stars, which in turn allows pets to be freed. Walking around the worlds also gives the player the opportunity to collect various items.
Spoofy is free to play and is aimed at younger school children and preschoolers together with an adult. Each world represents clear themes that should be discussed with children both at home and at school.
