Great app! Helps a lot with booking and other services for which one had to earlier visit the distributor's office. It would be wonderful to see cancellation option as well as address change requests available within the app.

Very very poor app, never happen payment in one time, we have to struggle multiple times whether you are in network or doing by net banking. Even on desktop always hang website while doing payment and automatically convert it to COD. Also there is only bhim app for UPI. You don't have option.

Experience is getting better and I really love to use this app for booking refill but there is a problem that gas agency books the refill without our consent and then sell that in market and I receive only delivery msg but not booking msg when they book the refill. And whenever we object this, they behave rudely and give warnings to stop services. Kindly consider this and make a mechanism to stop this.
