While redeeming petromile points some error occurred and all the points gone. After 3 weeks the points haven't returned and redeemed. The points which were allocated were gone without using. Also when contacted customer care, they gave another number were automated service only available and couldn't spoke to any customer executive

I've been using this app more than a year without any issues but recently Im facing issues with refill booking and online payments. It throws me the error "Your request couldn't be registered. Try again in sometime" every single time. Ive also sentout the email to BPCl but they've closed the ticket without a resolution

I have some amount in my wallet and I went to a fuel station to redeem that payment and fill the fuel in my car, I tried 3 times with the machine but the amount is not getting deducted from the wallet. i tried to pay with the scan QR code but when I scan the camera is not getting open just black screen is showing. i reinstalled the app and tried again but still facing the same issue not able to use the money I have in my wallet.
