Have had a very smooth experience all along. We changed our residence recently. Had thought that it would be a hassle to get the address changed with BP. But it was surprisingly easy. Have been getting the cylinders on time. Big Thumbs Up! There is only one small thing if it is possible. After booking cylinder, if the app can indicate the tentative delivery date, it would be awesome.

Very easy and effective application which makes worry-free for we like senior citizens who were always worried for supply. I changed my mobile and was worrying about its function but as soon as I downloaded it and entered mpin, it started working properly. Thanks for this great application.

Absolutely pathetic app. Online payments don't go through. Forces you to pay by cash. The irony is, it used to work well a few years back... now most of the functions don't work. How complicated can it be to book a cylinder. Please fix it 🙏
