I have returned the powerbank and it is still charging me. I go online support and asked for live agent and if there is no live agent, instead of just waiting in queue, it just completely stop the enquiry and kick me out, not allowing me to have any access to online support so I can't even asked about any issue.

Powerbank did not come out during rental and charged me for nothing, 3 consecutive times. Customer service cannot be reached for troubleshooting. I cannot imagine this is a doing of a big company.

Wouldn't change iPhone and android either together or separately once my wife hired. Not sure if this was an issue with the unit. Couldn't set up my own account since no link to Google pay, though there is one to apple pay.. Also, finding a station that wasn't full was a problem.
