「Borrowing a portable charger」
Find the nearest CHARGESPOT using the map feature. Using the built-in QR-code scanner scan the QR-code on the machine screen. A portable charger will come out from one of slots on the sides of the machine.
A deposit is required to borrow a charger.

「Returning a portable charger」
Find the closest CHARGESPOT using the app, and return it in any empty slots.
In the case the charger is not returned within 48 hours or of any loss or damage to the charger, the deposit will not be returned.

Don't ever get these at Disney. The rental boxes fill back up and you have to walk all over the park trying to find an open port while your rental fee keeps going up. Their only advice is "find another box". Clearly they need more slots than chargers but there's only incentive to charge you while you're searching.

Terrible. The powerbank had no charge when I rented it. The light was flashing to show it was flat. I submitted the issue and was told there would be zero cost due to the issue. When I returned the device, I was forced to pay the full amount for a service I did not receive!! I tried to raise the issue in the customer service portal but it is all ai and they could not solve. Would not recommend.

terrible app. tried 3 different phones. 4 different debit cards. All didnt work. wanted to use it while travelling but now cant. cant register for the subscription. register button unclickable. fix your app. 👎
