The app said usage was 55mins but I was charged for 2hrs. Return was hard to find (in Tokyo Disneyland) since the place where I got it was already full as well as the other nearby places. No support for English in the app, need tedious process of email etc. Charging speed was not fast (I only got 30% in almost an hour).

It's a praud app. I didn't subscribe for the monthly plan, and they started to take monthly fee. I want to unsubscribe, but it's impossible from the app. It's totally unacceptable things. I've been trying to cancel that plan over an hour and couldn't do it. I sent an email to them and am waiting for their reply. Guys, please do not install this app.

It logged me out, and I kept trying to log back in through my google account, the button just never responded. And of course, I open the app in times I needed the battery most, but it drained more battery and I still didn't get a charger in time. Sad.
