Dear Chaingrid support team. Kindly assist me to resolve this issue. I have tried to continue mining on the Chaingrid app but it always fail to start mining. As, the issue persist, I logged out of the account hoping to login back but it showing up incorrect password during the login attempt. Then I tried to use the forgot password option so that I can reset the password but the OTP verification code failed to send. So I had no opinion again than to reach out to the support team for assistance

Can't even log in now because of the new update. It won't even send a recovery password to my email.... You really messed up this app more than it already was with this update. Didn't think it could get any worse. I was wrong....

I can't complete the registration because you need email verification yet you are not sending verification codes to my email address at each trial.
