1. Verification Service
Verify your identity online using your personal information.
2. Card Wallet Payment
Register your payment card and make secure payments.

Generate a passport QR code for offline verification.

Submit your KYC data to merchants requesting it to fulfill KYC requirements.
5. Tax Refund
Apply for a tax refund immediately through the mobile app without using a kiosk.

[Main Service Process]
1. Verification Service
Scan a QR code, provide the requested data to merchants, then tap “Confirm.”
2. Card Wallet Payment
Register a credit card, select your payment method, and complete the payment.
3. Passport QR
Generate a passport QR code and present it to merchants.
4. KYC
Scan your passport, verify it via ePassport NFC, and undergo face liveness matching.
5. Tax Refund
Scan the tax-refund receipt, register the card to receive refunds, and apply for export clearance and refunds.
(Export clearance can only be done at the airport.)

This app is terrible. I was trying to pay for a Lotte Duty Free order and it just doesn’t work. The passport scanner kept getting my name wrong and took multiple tries. Then when it finally worked, my credit card was declined even though there was no issue. I ended up ordering from Shilla instead because they accept PayPal. Lotte will lose customers if they don’t fix this.

horrible password manager experience. declined my transaction with an empty error message. Now I can't even open the app, because a popup says that I have to update the app, however, I can't see any updates in Google Play.
