If there is zero star, I have to rate it with it. The app don't have help center, and even if you emailed them and describe your problems it can take more months before they respond to you and they wouldn't solve your problems. So don't try it.

This app is very easy to use. But my issue with this app is that i lost my phone. When I use new phone to log in the app, then I am ask to put authenticator code that I set on my old phone. and I don't have that phone, i try to disable authenticator but their is no way to disable it so that I can log in to my account.

The app didn't allow me to upload myself with signature and date during KYC. It keeps on saying ("DEBUG ERR MSG: Call failed: the parameter of "exchangeuploadinfo" in java is invalid.) I will forget about it if you didn't reply me on Time. Additional Comment: Yes, they allowed me to upload my details for KYC. But its been 8 days now that my KYC is under Review I cant wait any longer
