Downloaded the app on a recommendation by a user... This is the first order that I have placed. The order was placed without any issues, the tracking date, time slot for pickup was all fine, but neither did any person come to pick up the order on the said date, nor was any update for the reason of delay provided through any notification. Further when the person finally contacted me for pickup, on a day that was not suitable (post the alloted date) the team sent a message immediately regarding delay in pickup due to "customer request. ".there is no tracking, no update for any problem on their end, but they are kind enough to immediately notify any changes on a customers request. I am still waiting for my order to be processed. And there has been absolutely no communication from their end for the delay on their part

Smooth process, from start to end. I just wanted to try the app out because it claims to do a lot. So i took the Friday offer (50% off). The best part was that the pickup team didnt keep calling me for directions. They arrived before I had to leave for work and delivered right on time. Even though i had only given my clothes for a wash, I think they also ironed them. 😂 A good experience all-in-all. Would order again.

Service is average and needs lot of planning from customers. Quality of ironing is well below par and comparable with regular dhobiwalas. Nothing special or unique except an addition of headache. App does not provide option for giving feedback and they comfortably assume that service was good as is confirmed by their message. All in all a below average experience.
