I've been trying to login into this app with my phone number and email both. But it continues to show no account linked to this every time. I am unable to login at all.

one of the worst app.... bus drive and tc person behaves so rude sometimes with the passengers....also bus is never on time I mean it takes very for next bus to come the frequency is very less which is major fault of chalo bus after the price of ticket please if possible I request the authorities to look into this matter and solve it... please

Sign in with Google doesn't work. Cannot sign in with mobile number since there are limited countries on the list and my country code is not included. Someone responded to my review indicating to use Chalo Live Bus tracking app instead. Why can't this info be clearly mentioned on this app itself to avoid people leaving bad reviews and spending time responding to reviews?
