I have been using this application for a long time and I have something to say about it. I can tell you in advance that the pros outweigh the cons. I refer to the pluses: stable performance, rich functionality that is not inferior to the web version, simple and intuitive interface, a convenient chat with technical support, also all the advantages of the web version: low commissions, profitable rates, swap speed. I didn’t notice any disadvantages of the application itself. Only what is applicable to the "bigger" version, namely: high commissions when buying crypto for fiat, the exchange rate cannot be fixed for all pairs, rare, but there may still be swap delays. All these disadvantages, in my opinion, are completely insignificant, and in no way outweigh the advantages of this platform, so I recommend that you definitely try it.

Speaking as an absolute novice, I've been using Changelly for about a year. It has given me 0 (ZERO) problems of any kind. The staff has been first rate. The ONE time I did contact them had to do with 2FA and not the app itself. I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Given the subject, caution is always necessary when trusting your funds. I feel very comfortable recommending Changelly. Well done guys!

Good app for swapping. No two swaps are alike. Comes in handy for certain swaps.. And people complaining about fees .. FYI, you gotta pay to play. Don't forget that. This is a service. They pay their employees. Which I might add, Are very helpful. Had a failed transaction on my part. Put a memo where there shouldn't have been one. Chatted with tech, sent memo to specialist. Had my transaction straightened out in ten minutes. Hit the correct wallet for previous agreement amount👌👍💯
