Got the mobile app after signing up about a month ago, and it worked beautifully for a couple weeks. suddenly, without warning, it stopped working altogether, and upon launching will not load any further than the "Chanty" splash screen... I'm still able to use chanty on the computer, but the app has become completely usekess, even after cache clear, reboots, uninstall and reinstall, all the usual basic fixes. Unfortunate that my team may now have to switch to a different service altogether.

Hello Anacron, we are very sorry to hear about your problems. We found and solved problem on our side. It should not happen again! We also have a suggestion how to help you. Please find 'Google' in Settings, go the 'Backup' menu, click 'App data' and turn off 'Automatic restore'. Afterwards try to install Chanty. Please inform us about results!

Update - problem isn't due to notification settings. Nothing arrives in the notification panel and everything is enabled in notifications and battery optimization is disabled + Able to run and Data allowed in background. Seems like a decent app but a huge issue is that the messages DO NOT come in unless you OPEN the app. Samsung note 10+ android 11 and Android 10 Samsung a71. Would be even better it this was fixed and it didn't require google play services to work.
