Absolutely terrible!!!! Dont be fooled by the promotions and deals. I ordered the food 8pm store accepted and delivery time was quoted as 945pm. I tried to cancel as i didnt want to wait almost 2 hours for some fried rice and veg from a store 5km away. The store rejected the cancellation. Messaged customer support, and no agent joined the chat. Driver picked up order 840pm, then back and forth on the map making other deliveries. Messaged the driver , didnt even open/read my message .

order stuck for more than 20 hours but still rejected to cancel order, customer service never reply message and dont pick up phone call, customer service seen but no reply, how rude is it!? terrible service!

Food has been more than 1.5 hours and still no driver picking it up.
