My phone ran out of battery at the most inopportune moment, I saw the power bank station, quickly downloaded the app, I received a confirmation code, and I took the battery. I charged the phone for about an hour, returned the power bank to its place, no confirmation came, I was ready to pay $ 10, although there was something about $ 1. But I was very surprised that they charged me $40.

The battery packs don't work and there is no way to return one and choose another till you find one that works. I was charged $10 and didn't have the battery pack for 2 minutes. There is also no phone number to call for a refund. The app sucks too. Once you scan the code on the machine the app won't open, or load or whatever it is supposed to do to check the battery pack the machine ejected for you. Stay away from this garbage

Picked up a charger at a basketball game, but the area to return it was blocked off as I was leaving. I messaged the company right away, and I was able to return it to another location the following day. The customer service was fantastic. Rather than charging me the max fee of $40 they refunded me $24. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
