Feels like a borderline scam because all four charging locations that I went to, none of the Chargers actually worked there (when the app claimed they did) and while I went from the first one to the fourth one I was on hold for 35 minutes on their support line with no one picking up.. I just ended up going to the Electrify America charger in the Walmart parking lot, and it worked No Mess, no fuss with the very first charger I used. And three other people also joined at that parking lot as well

This is an amazing company I am a Uber driver in my 40s so me and computers are not wonderful. I was very scared to go electric because of the hassle however presto has made it very easy.I love the personal costumer service if you text help a live person will help u and even call you. I ask this company please don't loose that. your service and the personal attention given to your customers makes me feel like anyone can go electric even my 75 year old dad.

It knows my location but won't zoom into it even when I press the location button... Kind of frustrating
