About this app

The ChargePoint Installer App enables certified electricians to complete the installation, setup, and service for homeowners and commercial station owners. The Installer App is supported on the ChargePoint® Home Flex (CPH50), CPF50, CP6000 AC, and Express Plus DC EVSE charging stations.

after installing the app, try to login with my customer chargepoint account and says the password is wrong, change my password and try again and still says password is wrong. I had to create a new account with different email and verify that I'm an installer. Then the so let's we connect to the unit to select that it is plugged in and select breaker AMP. Click complete installation, which brings up a box that says to wait 5 minutes. This becomes an endless loop...

this app is not functioning at all. it forces you too sign up as an installer to plug in a charger. I don't think so. Even when you try to sign up the server won't allow you to do so. I can't even select a country. this is a 600.00 paper weight. do better France

Very frustrating to even need to use your app in the first place, you should make a better product that doesn't require me to scan stuff to get it working, as an installer of EVs for a living I will never recommend your product, frustrating and annoying. My professional advice is to go with tesla units because eventually their charging connections will be universal
