When the app cannot even register where you are... That's a red flag. It isn't my GPS, it's the app. It's always a body of water. This makes it very difficult to plan ahead or understand pricing etc. And then when do find a charger you need to manually scan or put in the number to get the details. How is that helpful for planning?

Unfinished App but it works. So I've started to use ChargeUp as they have multiple chargers available on a daily basis near my work. The App can definitely use some polish... okay heck and a dent remover and some bondo. It's not the most visually appealing or intuitive charging app out there but after scratching and sniffing a little, I figured it out. If the app was more finished, I would give it five stars but, it is functional. You can figure out through trial and error how to work it.

Horrible App, horrible company. Downloaded to use one of their chargers, can only use by pre-funding your account. I put in the suggested starting amount of$25, more than enough for the one charge up I needed, but then this app declined to let me charge because $25 was not enough to start charging, the least I could add was $20, so after putting in $45, then the charger didn't even work! There's no direct customer servic either. The auto-refill option stays on no matter what you select too!

Andy, on 8/17 we pushed an app update that addresses all the issues you encountered.
