Clunky, slow, irritating. If I didn't have to have this app for the closest charging station in my neighborhood I would delete it. It's slow to function, clunky to navigate, forces you to rescan your charging station every time with no option to save favorites that I can find. A classic case of poor user interface design and inefficient programming.

Horrible App, horrible company. Downloaded to use one of their chargers, can only use by pre-funding your account. I put in the suggested starting amount of$25, more than enough for the one charge up I needed, but then this app declined to let me charge because $25 was not enough to start charging, the least I could add was $20, so after putting in $45, then the charger didn't even work! There's no direct customer servic either. The auto-refill option stays on no matter what you select too!

Andy, on 8/17 we pushed an app update that addresses all the issues you encountered. Downloaded because Disney replaced their perfectly working ChargePoint chargers. The app is clunky, slow, and looks like it was programmed by a teenager in computer class. Billing is confusing, can't view kW draw from car, and the charging stand procedure to start a charge is a back and forth back and forth process instead of the simple intuitive process for ChargePoint.
