Very, very bad experience with ChargeZone. I have used many EV charging networks across Kerala and other states, but I have never experienced such a terrible app and such poor customer service. ChargeZone blocked my wallet money, and even after charging was completed, the app kept showing the session as active. My own money remained locked, and I couldn't use it for another urgent charging session. Blocking customers' funds for up to 24 hours is completely unacceptable.

There is no options to give NEGATIVE rating or otherwise I could have given -5 star. Total waste of 1 hour and charged only 5% with multiple disconnection. This was my 1st charging experience for new EV vehicle and it made it pathetic. No one pickup the call on customer care number. Along with one more car owner experienced the same and left with frustration.

Pathetic Experience,Chargers don't work. Every time I have to call the call center who then restart the charging unit and initiates a charging. If you click start booking and and then for any reason if the charging does not start, you remove and try to charge again and it says slot is booked 😂😂😂. This EV Charging experience is unique to Chargezone. I now know the names of call center people 😂😂😂. if it's Chargezone, you will curse why did I buy EV 😉😂😂😂😂
