Pre book option. ​I would highly recommend bringing back the pre-booking feature. To handle the issue of no-shows, you could require an upfront payment that is forfeited in case of a cancellation or no-show. This feature was your biggest competitive advantage, and many users would love to see it return.

Great App! Had an excess amount left in the wallet. Put a query on customer support yesterday, got the money shifted to account today!!! Customer support was super quick in responding.

Very, very bad experience with ChargeZone. I have used many EV charging networks across Kerala and other states, but I have never experienced such a terrible app and such poor customer service. ChargeZone blocked my wallet money, and even after charging was completed, the app kept showing the session as active. My own money remained locked, and I couldn't use it for another urgent charging session. Blocking customers' funds for up to 24 hours is completely unacceptable.
