OMS — Ticket Management, Simplified

OMS is the official mobile companion to Tecso ChargeZone Limited's OMS (Operations Management System), giving employees a fast and convenient way to manage tickets directly from their phone.

With OMS, authorized employees can:
✅ Log in securely with their registered employee credentials
✅ Create new tickets on the go
✅ View tickets assigned to them
✅ Assign, escalate, or reassign tickets to the right team
✅ Update ticket status and add comments or attachments
✅ Track ticket history across internal and cross-organizational teams
✅ Reset their password securely if needed

Note: This app is for authorized Tecso ChargeZone Limited employees and partner organization personnel only. Accounts are provisioned internally and cannot be created through the app. Access requires a valid employee login issued by ChargeZone IT/Admin.
