Additionally: They charged me $60 only to reverse it a few minutes later. Not sure what that's about but hope you have a spare $60. They just want to steal your phone number and sell it under the guise of "needing" to update you. Does not matter if you use app or website they try to strong arm you.

This is not a good service. It ends up as expensive as EV Go. It is slower than Chargepoint. A charging service can be pricey or slow, but never use one that is both if you can help it. Worst of both worlds. The app is also awkward and user unfriendly. You need to use your camera app to initiate the charge. Absolute amateur hour.

The complex where I live installed these several months ago. I've been using this app and the system with no issues to date. I'm waiting for the capability for the chargers to negotiate the current sharing on demand when two chargers are being used on the same circuit. Simple to use and has been consistent.
