Nothing is intuitive with how this app is set up. As a car loan holder, this app is the hardest process to navigate. Truly honest, as soon as interest rates drop, I will refi with a different bank due to the difficulty of trying to make a payment. Giving a bank money, you would think, would be easier.

Update: Latest update fixed the debilitating bugs. Seems to at least match the functionality of the previous app now. Interface still doesn't feel suited to mobile with the many nested menus. The quick developer responses are appreciated and hopefully will continue to take feedback and improve the app. Buggy, seemingly untested. App itself is cluttered. Feels more like a small version of a desktop website. Not well designed. Previous app was much better suited. I will say I am pleased with the improved password and security practices, but that doesn't correct bad functionality.

I love Chartway but this app is garbage. I have transferred money in the app, checked to see if the transfer we through and it showed that it did not. I make the transfer again and it shows that both transfers went through. Logging on is ridiculous. The icon just spins. I have redownload the app numerous times. I changed my phone via the app 3 times and it is never saved. The old app was fine, easy to use, this one is just horrible, garbage.
