I like the actual cleaner but this app is embarrassing. 1. Will not connect to Wi-Fi 2. Will not save the changes made to routine or custom routine which keeps it stuck in the regular 2hr routine mode. 3. Although it says connected through Bluetooth, 90% of the time the commands through the app will fail. In 2026 I'm stunned on how an app can under perform so badly.

Absolute trash. Despite setting a schedule for daily, I'll be lucky if the bot will remember to start at that time for 1-2 days before it goes back to being 24/7 inactive, despite clearly showing the programmed schedule. Don't waste your time with the app, just unplug and plug the device in again each day you expect it to run. So much for a turnkey solution.

It connects to my poolmate Hydro 4, but it doesn't seem to be able to send any commands. Can't change cleaning modes, does not go into pickup mode, can't stop cleaning. It does go into pause though...
