app worked previously, but now my Hydro 4 can no longer connect to the app. I have to use the button on the actual control box to get it to do anything now

Trash app. trash products. nothing works, might connect once.. will never change settings. STAY AWAY. support tried to charge me money for product support when I called, asking for my credit card before wanting to help me with their product
