This Application will help in covering the following problems faced by Airtel NOC :- Self Help to Circles: Field engineers/Planning team no longer need to call NOC for queries like site status, active alarms, power levels (Tx), and many more such use cases Better efficiency @ NOC Reduce incoming calls to NOC from Circles (Field, Planning, Quality/Optimization) Eliminate inter functional dependencies within NOC for smoother execution of work (Ex: Service confirmation post CR execution – eliminate dependency on Incident team)
