About this app

NIVA is a chatbot application for field engineers which will help field engineers in becoming self sufficient in getting the initial details based on the task assigned to them.
This Application will help in covering the following problems faced by Airtel NOC :-
Self Help to Circles: Field engineers/Planning team no longer need to call NOC for queries like site status, active alarms, power levels (Tx), and many more such use cases
Better efficiency @ NOC Reduce incoming calls to NOC from Circles (Field, Planning, Quality/Optimization)
Eliminate inter functional dependencies within NOC for smoother execution of work (Ex: Service confirmation post CR execution – eliminate dependency on Incident team)
