It is great when it works, but sometimes it refuses to open and just stays on a white screen, which of course is unacceptable when I need to anwser a potential client.

Great when it works! I have this app on both my android and iPhone. IPhone version is 100x better. Push notifications never come through until it is too late on the android version.

Please remove the "Live" from Chatra it's misleading. "Live" Chats sends live notifications, It was nice but recent bugs. Their "Tab" Option is no more displaying on site except the "Round" Tab. Horrible.
