I couldn't enter my credit card info either. I made it as far as entering the expiration date the drop down boxes wouldn't function. That was the one time the app allowed me to make it that far. All other times, over ten attempts trying to sign in, with saved info. I've Uninstalled the app probably six times now with no change to its function. It still doesn't work!!! This app is the worst!

The Chatr app is tedious to use. Most of the time it will fail to login with the right details, and hasn't been updated since 2022. In fact, devices running Android 14 can't even install this app without sophisticated workarounds because it doesn't comply with the new platform version targetting requirements set by Google. When this app does work, the experience is mediocre at best. Most interactions don't work, and usage details are seldom accurate. You're better off using the website.

Just cancelled Chatr after 8yrs due to constant login issues. This app is infuriating! Every single time I need to login, I have to go through the password reset. The reset secret question only works 1/30 times. So, then I get locked out 24HRS from too many attempts. It's a relentless cycle! I am rather astute at remembering passwords so it's not me. There is something wrong with the login script. It's been happening for months! Just about every provider has a better plan avail now. Bye, Chatr.
