Literally this issue has been ongoing for months. I open the app and am immediately greeted with the error "You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. Please reset your password to log back in." It will NOT accept any password (even the correct one) out of the gate. So apparently the maximum number of attempts is 0, and the only way I can access my account to complete basic operations (top up, add ons, check usage etc) is to reset my password EVERY time. Ridiculous.

The worst cell phone provider ever. Was unable to send or receive calls. Charged nearly $100. Have to message through facebook to receive help. Currently trying to get a refund for the service they were unable to provide and am not having any luck so far. Will update if they actually decide to give service.

Feb 8 daylong outage happened when I was very close to my data limit, so I thought they stopped my SIM. Now we know that it was nationwide Rogers outage. So I delete my previous words about network and upgrade the rating. My review about the app remains the same. The app asks for log in ID password, soon after first tap, customers need to create profiles to pay them, immatured! Please make an easy log in process, say OTP only without password.
