Topicos gives your team clear structure and smooth communication.
GROUPS
Organize your team into different groups. Each group gets its own color, its own topics, documents and todo list.
TOPICS
Instead of mixing everything up in a single chat, create a new topic for each question or issue. Each topic is its own chat within the group, so that the right conversation ends up in the right place. The chat is as easy to use as the chat apps you are already used to, with customized features that make it easier for the group.
CALLS
Start audio meetings directly in the app — gather the group with one tap, without additional apps or logins.
DOCUMENTS
Save your documents in a clear folder structure. The folders are sorted by organization and you can create folders that are only visible to selected groups.
TIME REPORT
Easy clocking in and out. Time report and certification for the manager. Export documents (CSV, PAXml)

A shared calendar where you keep track of everything that's happening - in all the organizations you're part of.
