The new update, which was released with no warning, completely rendered my lights unmanageable. I was at a gig and was completely stranded with no solution. After trying to troubleshoot this for hours, it appears the app update is no longer compatible with FlareCON Air 1. Please fix this horrible mistake. Either add backwards compatibility, or re-release the FlareCON 1 app, please. We should not have to spend hundreds of dollars more for the new Air 2 for an app to work with existing hardware.

The original app worked fine. The new one is terrible. You should fire the entire development team that was part of this disaster. MONTHS after its release and no updates to fix on going issues. It is slow, losses wifi connectivity constantly, lag times are long. Using your activive user community as beta testers for an application that should NEVER have been released is just sad. Very disappointed in this product. You ruined a perfectly good app.

I had locked my previous devices to keep from being updated. After seeing the update, wow this is horrendous. I can see what Chauvet was trying to do, but they just didn't land it. The new app is clunky, the connection between devices is finicky, simple tasks can't be done intuitively with this version of the app. A serious update is needed to patch everything or roll it back.
