I am concerned about the performance of the CheatMoon Network app. After pressing the "Collect" button, the reward advertisement takes almost 3–4 minutes to load, and a 30-second advertisement ends up taking around 15 minutes to complete. This issue is making the app extremely slow and frustrating to use. Kindly look into this and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I changed phones, ever since then, the app has been refusing my login details. Try doing forget password, keep on getting error message that something went wrong. There is no support to get to to have the problem solved. I need my account recovered so I am not loosing mining time.

The new update just made the app worse, you keep watching ads to get rewards, but after the ads finish playing the reward never gets added to your account, and the option to still watch the same ad is still there. Even after waiting for few minutes, it's still the same, you never get rewarded... The old version never behaved like this.
