When it's come to tracking and managing by a tool,
It should be simple to use, user-friendly and also reduce the managing time.
There we started thinking and developed an application, the name is CheckIn.

Checkin is mobile first attendance tracking and managing system to use startups, small-scale industries, middle-level industries, event organizing and colleges.

Checkin app has three different ways of tracking technics to track attendance for employees or attendees:

1. QR-Fixed: QR code is fixed in a place and attendee can check-in by mobile with GPS validation.
2. QR ID Card: Distribute QR codes as id card to attendees, and track their attendance using fixed organization mobile device(Majorly used for contract employees and event organizing).
3.Remote: Check-in from a remote location and GPS(optional).

Features:
1. Quick report generation - Email / Download as excel / View with filters.
2. Manual check-in by admin for missed entries.
3. Location tracking for each check-in/check-out entries.
4. Attendee dashboard to view their attendance by date.
5. Check-in not allowed in for illegal attempts for unauthorized locations.
6. Flexible attendee/employee management.

Ratings and reviews

Very useful and functional app for a small business or for someone that needs to track activity hours, for example hired help in the house etc. Easy to use once installed. Very quick and helpful tech support available both via message and call on WhatsApp 👍. Three different tracking options cover most of the situations and give you options for location control to avoid employees taking advantage by checking in and out earlier/later that they actually do - so well done! Very happy customer here.

Very Buggy app, last updated on January 2019, and their server keeps going offline. Check-in issues with Fixed QR, sometimes doesn't work have to restart phone. Some of the time this app server goes offline so no one can login or check-in / checkout at that time. Employees can't see their total hours worked for the month. Developer please update this app.

Great app with following shortcomings: 1. Often have to re-enter the "employer code" which is too long to remember. This should be saved permanently. 2. Admin cannot checkout employee who worked through midnight. It says "checkout time must be greater than chechin time". I use the fixed QR Code check-in. I cannot remember seeing any ads. Well done to designers and keep it up.
