• Check-in and Check-out — Validate and confirm the arrival or departure of each guest, performing all necessary checks before finalizing the process.

• Guest Registration — Register each guest with their personal information and ID. Includes optional OCR scanning that automatically completes the form from a photo of the document, speeding up registration.

• Check-in Form — Generate and digitally sign the check-in form required by regulations, directly from the receptionist's device.

• Security Deposit Management — Collect and return security deposits associated with each reservation, tracking the status of each one.

• Extras and Additional Services — Add extra services to the reservation and manage their payment through various methods.

• New Reservation — Create new reservations by selecting the available accommodation, dates, and occupancy, with automatic confirmation and email delivery of the payment link to the guest.

• Integrated Messaging — Respond directly from the app to guest messages on WhatsApp and Booking.com, without switching applications.

• Tourist Taxes — Manage the collection of tourist taxes when applicable according to local regulations.

DESIGNED FOR MOBILE RECEPTION

All accommodation information is automatically filtered according to the receptionist assigned to each user, displaying only what is relevant to their work area. The interface is optimized for quick completion during check-in, without unnecessary steps.
