Student Check In is a check in and queuing application for the busy offices of front desk, registration, counseling and clinics in the education industry. Privacy, documentation and notifications are made easy with Student Check In.

This app is the Android kiosk app that connects to the back end hosted application. This app is designed for a 10" Android to be mounted into a wall, counter or floor kiosk stand and placed in a lobby for students to sign in. Customer information is gathered at the kiosk and sent to the hosted backend at www.studentcheckin.com.

Students use this kiosk like a paper sign in sheet but it provides privacy and features that make the entire process more efficient. The online displays show an organized list of students in order of arrival, allowing staff members to acknowledge, serve and check out customers according to their specific needs. As an electronic sign in sheet, the process is shared across internal computers allowing multiple departments to serve customers faster.

Every student is documented giving management long term reporting and statistics. Accurate time stamps help build a business profile with wait times, service times, department counts and more.

What’s new

Student Check In is a replacement for the paper sign in sheet. This app allows large screen Android tablets to be used as a kiosk whereby students and visitors can sign in. The information from this kiosk app is sent to the Student Check In system online. From there, staff can monitor, acknowledge and check out students like a check list.
